Cancellations
Each item is special. Once orders are placed, the pieces are put into production immediately and cannot be canceled.
Exchange / Return
We want you to be happy and enjoy each piece that was created especially for you. We don't make a garment until a customer orders it. We would accept exchanges when notified within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges are only allowed to be made once per item.
We do not offer refunds, only store credit towards a new purchase. Orders can be exchanged for a store credit that can be used within 30 days.
Custom orders and sale items are non returnable and non refundable.
